The series ends with Touka holding Koyumi’s hand and telling her that she’d rather be with “the girl that she loves,” implying that they’ve started dating.

Some girls see them hugging while they’re changing and wonder if they’re dating, but other than Touka’s dialogue, there’s no hard confirmation that they’re dating, it’s just very much implied that they are.

I’m unsure what the relationship is between the girls and the guys they’re shown hanging out with are. It’s possible those guys are just their friends or family, but they might be their boyfriends, I have no clue tbh.
