At the end of the flashback, Sayo briefly kisses Yuuko while thanking and admitting her love for her in the bath together. (Regardless of the kiss, the love is more in a platonic sense, not romantic.)

This chapter is about a man who is close friends with a yuri couple, Madoka and Sumire.

We briefly see multiple men jealous of him, which prompts the backstory about how he saved Madoka and Sumire from being hit by a car.

Afterwards, since he was a fan of yuri, as a way of thanking him, they allowed him to watch as they have lesbian sex with each other. That has been their friendship ever since.

(He does not join in with them, he only watches and masturbates. He’s just a really big fan of yuri lol.)
