When Miyuki overhears Tomoko’s moans through the door Furukawa’s guarding, she begins to think of having lesbian sex with Tomoko.
This is exactly how it’s played in the Manga, where it’s strongly implied this is what happened off-screen after the Previous Scene, but it could also be Miyuki’s imagination. This is never answered and left up to interpretation.
(Given how vivid Miyuki’s thoughts are, I choose to believe this is actually what happened and it wasn’t just her imagination.)
