While the guys are gone, Alex, Regina and Annie drink an elixir that makes them believe that they transformed into hybrids of a fox, bunny and cat.
Regina’s fox form is a futanari, so they all end up having sex with each other.
The scene ends with the boys coming home and discovering them all having lesbian sex, revealing that the hybrid transformations + futanari parts of the scene were actually all in their heads due to the elixir.
