After Kaede returns Kaoru’s ID, she accidentally gets mistaken for a participant in a clinical trial with women suffering from sexual dysfunction.

The professor leading the trial then releases a gas that makes all of the women become aroused, resulting in them beginning to have lesbian sex with each other.

The gas then leaks into the rest of the building, including where the professor is.

Kaede begins to masturbate while trying to call the MC, but she’s interrupted by the professor showing up wearing a strap-on and about to have lesbian sex with her.

In Ch. 132, the scene continues and most of the women begin to have lesbian sex with Kaede, but she’s eventually saved by the MC.

The MC then has sex with Kaede while the rest of the women jump the professor and have lesbian sex with her in the background.

(This OVA was bundled with Vol. 12 of the Manga, but as far as I’m aware, is not based on any actual chapter. So it’s technically canon, but Anime Original as well. Unless I missed it somewhere in the Manga.)
