When Haruna, Risa, and Mio fall into a trap hole, Risa is able to grab onto a ledge while the other two hold on to her.

In doing so, Haruna and Mio both end up groping Risa’s body tightly while trying not to fall down.

When Miyuki overhears Tomoko’s moans through the door Furukawa’s guarding, she begins to think of having lesbian sex with Tomoko.

It’s strongly implied this is what happened off-screen after the Previous Scene, but it could also be Miyuki’s imagination. This is never answered and left up to interpretation.

(Given how vivid Miyuki’s thoughts are, I choose to believe this is actually what happened and it wasn’t just her imagination.)
