At the end of the scene, Kagefusa pulls out a sword and we hear a scream. When we later see Oume, we learn that Kagefusa cut her breasts into becoming a smaller size.

While the MC is trying to appease Sakura to avoid her going after Mai, he very briefly imagines Sakura and Mai having lesbian sex with each other.

He then ends the fantasy, saying that only he’s allowed to touch Mai.

Figured I’d mention it here, but at the end of this scene in Ch. 30, Sakura hasn’t fully given up on Mai. She suggests telling Mai what’s going on so she can have a threesome together with her and the MC.
