We then see Megumu’s perspective as she’s seduced by Sakura into lesbian sex.

There’s an option either to stop it early, or to continue to stay quiet and listen in (This choice has no effect on the story other than the length of the scene.) In the video, I choose the stay quiet and let them continue option, but eventually the MC does accidentally make a sound, which ends the scene.
