The English Translation is ongoing and further along on the Fan Translator’s Patreon, but parts of chapters are released for free every Thursday and Saturday.
I picked up the raw version of these novels because of the scenes in the manga adaptation and screenshotted all 3 to put them in the Google Drive. I also put separate folders for the illustrations incase that’s all someone wanted to see.

Towards the end of the chapter, the MC sends Lichere as a messenger to Malida because he’s heard rumors that she has a weakness for pretty women.
As we later come to learn, Malida was pretty much a lesbian before meeting the MC and has had sex with countless women before meeting him.
Given Malida’s personality and the way Lichere says “I shall offer my body,” it’s pretty much implied that Lichere meeting Malida probably lead to them having lesbian sex with each other off-screen. Or at the very least, Malida probably groped and became somewhat intimate with her during their meeting. But we don’t ever see their initial meeting, so it’s left up to interpretation.

After the MC is saved by Malida and reunites with Lichere, she is in a revealing maid outfit because of Malida’s tastes.
Malida then immediately sits next to Lichere and begins to grope and lick her body while talking with the MC.
A lot of their conversation stems towards Malida’s sexual history and preference towards women, but the MC being the exception.
The scene then proceeds into a threesome between them.
Afterwards, Malida and the MC talks about the future of their relationship, to which Malida makes a request:
“I told you that I love women, right? My body has been changed so that it won’t adapt to any male other than you, Albert, but I still wish to be served upon by plenty of pretty girls. That’s why I’d like you to allow me to have lovely girls as lovers!”
The MC agrees to those conditions when Malida says that she would also wish to share her harem with him.

At the start of the chapter, Malida began to have sex with the MC, Irena and Lichere a lot more off-screen as her bloodlust for the upcoming battle also increased her arousal. (This is very inconsequential, so I didn’t tag for this part, I just wanted to mention it.)
After the battle, we are introduced to Liese, which upon finding out she’s basically a tomboy, we get these lines from Malida:
“Albert, a girl, who crossdressed as a guy, might be nice as well. I like girls, but women like Liese are my guilty pleasure. She gets me all riled up. I think it’d be nice to get a taste of her.”
Malida then drags Liese off to the bedroom where they have lesbian sex with each other several times off-screen, but we do hear them moaning.
Eventually, Irena and Lichere join them as well and there’s a short yuri foursome while the MC watches.
This is also the first time any of the girls kiss each other on-screen. It’s possible it has happened off-screen before, but it’s never mentioned.
After a while, the MC joins and remains involved for the rest of the scene
