A new girl, Shinomiya, is introduced and calls out Mashiro to confess to her and admits that she’s a lesbian.

After determining that being with a girl wouldn’t count as cheating on the MC, she agrees, but is quickly stopped by Ema.

Shinomiya then mistakenly thinks Ema is the person Mashiro is dating, and Mashiro briefly gropes her breasts as well, saying they’re why she’s so attractive.

At the end of the flashback, Sayo briefly kisses Yuuko while thanking and admitting her love for her in the bath together. (Regardless of the kiss, the love is more in a platonic sense, not romantic.)

(This OVA was bundled with Vol. 12 of the Manga, but as far as I’m aware, is not based on any actual chapter. So it’s technically canon, but Anime Original as well. Unless I missed it somewhere in the Manga.)
