Indra goes into the shower with Chizuru to go talk to her about the situation with the MC.

While the MC is outside, all of Indra’s friends tell him about her tendencies to seduce girls, so he rushes inside to make sure Chizuru’s alright.

By the time he gets there, Indra’s already in the middle of having lesbian sex with her. It goes on for a while until the reveal that Indra only did it to make Chizuru confess that she wants the MC.

Afterwards, Indra calls out the MC and leaves them alone. I cut off the video when that happens.
