Daryl kills Alex, and while she’s in what she thinks is a dream/the afterlife, she sees Alex again and has sex with her.

The scene ends when Daryl brings her back to life as a zombie.

This whole scene is later to be revealed as a fake world created by Daryl to trick Dana, so I’ll give this the “Forced” and “Imagination” tags.

Dana briefly reminisces about her dead ex girlfriend Alex.

This is the reveal that Dana was a lesbian, which wasn’t originally the author’s intent for Dana. The author did a brief Q&A back when she wrote this chapter and said this for her reasoning:

“Dana’s sexuality also offered me the chance to make her more interesting as a character. There are plenty of heterosexual and bisexual women in the Radley House already, and I wanted to create someone who fell outside of the “Everyone bones Mike” formula to expand my roster and stretch my abilities as a writer.”

Ritta thinks that Suzu has grown away from him and that she’s dating a woman. This causes him to have a nightmare of Suzu and Matsuri making out.

There’s no “Gender Bender” tag because Ritta doesn’t know that Matsuri is a guy, so in his nightmare, it’s a woman with no Gender Bender mark.
