While the MC and Rinko hide in a closet to escape from being seen by the Student Council President, they notice that she comes into the room with Nishino-sensei.
Nishino-sensei then begins to tease and make out with the President, stating the the fun was just beginning. The MC says they progress further, but he doesn’t go into details about what they’re doing exactly.
However, eventually Yamada shows up and interrupts them, ending the scene.
There were no hints to this reveal in previous chapters, and nothing about the way Nishino-sensei acts suggests that she’s a lesbian. She does act and dress very erotically in class, which causes the boys to fawn over her. I guess that could be her way of attempting to draw in attention from girls as well, but who knows.
Honestly, the only reason I have this rated so highly is because of how “voluptuous” and sexily dressed the MC has described Nishino-sensei being in previous and future chapters. So that added to the hotness of this very random moment in my opinion.
