This prompts Leila to seduce and have lesbian sex with her.

Afterwards, Mari comments on Agatha being able to fight off Leila, not knowing the truth of what happened.

We see Agatha blush and say she thought Leila looked lonely and how she wanted to treat her with love.

She then screams for Mari to drop the topic and forget about what happened.

This episode was made to tie up loose ends with all the characters by interviewing them about what happened.

When it came to Kaya, she talks about how she snuck into Nene’s bed and kept groping and rubbing against her.

Later, they interview Asuna about what happened after she turned into a vampire due to her encounter with Yurika in Episode 10.

We then see how Kaya helped her recover and they ended up developing a very “impure relationship,” where they started having lesbian sex with each other off-screen.

In an alternate ending to Episode 4, Echidna goes all the way with raping Aldra into full on lesbian sex. The episode ends with Aldra’s husband walking in on them.

Apparently in the novel, Aldra’s husband is written in 2nd person perspective. So the implication is that by breaking the 4th wall, the reader is supposed to be Aldra’s husband. That’s why Aldra’s husband is shown through 1st person in this OVA, because it’s supposed to look like Echidna is cucking us as the viewer.
