At the start of the chapter, Nami and Yumi reminisce about how they used to have sex with each other all the time back in high school.
Since they just had their first threesome together, they talk about how they should go back to how they were in those days. So they start making out in a park, and then go home to have sex with each other for the rest of the chapter.

This extra chapter focuses on Okazaki and Kariya (Introduced at the end of Ch. 135).
Kariya complains about not having a boyfriend, and ends up spending the whole day with Okazaki, praising her and wanting to find a guy like her.
At the end, Kariya pretty much confesses to her without flat out saying it. It’s possible they could be a couple at the end, or maybe she was just teasing her, but they’re very cute together.

The chapter starts with Nana going out drinking with Ponzu and Mentsuyu.
Once drunk, Nana wants to kiss Ponzu. She kisses Pnzu on the cheek, which surpsies Ponzu, because she thought she meant a normal kiss.
Mentsuyu pulls Nana off of Ponzu and takes the opportunity to play with Nana’s body since she would never allow her to when she’s sober. Ponzu joins in for a while, but once the MC arrives, the scene ends.

The FMC meets up with the MC’s Aunt at her house.
The MC’s Aunt tries to seduce her again by “teaching” her how to kiss. They make out for a while, but then the aunt spots and invites the MC to kiss the FMC. She licks the FMC while she kisses the MC.
At the end of the chapter, the Aunt plays with the FMC again.

Senjougahara and Hanekawa take a bath together, where Senjougahara takes the opportunity to tease and play with Hanekawa’s body.
The “Implied Sex” tag is there because at the end, Hanekawa says that she “crossed the line” with her, implying they probably did a little more than groping. But it’s more of just a bonding chapter for these 2, so it was probably just a joke.
This scene is also in the anime and it’s a lot longer/more explicit in showing Senjougahara and Hanekawa playing around.

Philia comes home expecting to find a present from the MC, but she mistakenly thinks it’s a girl (Mary) that’s unconscious on the bed that the MC saved earlier without telling Philia.
Since the MC isn’t home to clear up Philia’s misunderstanding, she ends up succumbing to her desires and curiosities about human girls and has sex with Mary for the whole day.
The MC comes home at the end to find that Mary had completely fallen for Philia.
