While this is based off a hentai, the threesome at the end of Episode 1 and the entirety of Episode 2 are H-Anime original.
In the Hentai version, Rumi does not exist, but instead there is a character called Miki, who is Shizue’s daughter. In the H-Anime version, Rumi refers to Shizue as “Auntie” or “Oba-san,” but not in a familial way, it’s more of a respect term. Rumi also refers to the MC as a neighbor, not as her family. So I believe these changes were made to avoid having actual incest in this adaptation.
