While Kizuna is having sex with Landred, she tells him that she’s aiming for his sister, Reiri. Kizuna thinks she means her position, but when Reiri walks in on them, Landred starts flirting with her and then jumps on Reiri to strip her. Kizuna then realizes that she meant aiming for her in a romantic way. Reiri tells Kizuna to leave and that she’ll handle Landred. He leaves while they’re still entangled.

We never learn what happened after Kizuna leaves, but it’s implied Landred was able to do some stuff to her.
