These are some scrapped sketches the artist released on their Fanbox/Fantia of Kaori and Ami having lesbian sex with each other.

Artist’s quote about why this scene wasn’t in the series:
“It’s a discarded rough sketch from the end of “Midareuchi Chapter 2,” in the scene where the junior girl plays a prank on Kaori. Kaori was made to wear a bondage outfit and is played with. I actually really like this kind of situation too, but… how should I put it… As an ending, it didn’t quite sit right, so I ended up scrapping the entire scene at the time. That scene was originally supposed to feel more like a ritual of role reversal, so the bondage part got shelved with regret. By the way, since it was hard to convey the texture of the fabric with just the rough sketch, I gave it a few finishing touches and decided to share it as a small farewell to the draft that never made it.”

This art was posted on the artist’s twitter last year and they have not released a larger/zoomed out image. (If there even is one.)

This may possibly be a cameo/preview of the upcoming 6th chapter of Midareuchi, but that’s just my speculation. Otherwise, this is most likely the author wanting to draw some random yuri with Madoka.
