After the MC ties up both Nana and Tachi, he leaves them alone in the room together, secretly telling Nana to “encourage” Tachi.

While he’s gone, Tachi tries to get Nana to take the gag out, which results in them both rubbing and grinding against each other.

Since the MC leaves, but he was the cause of the scene, I’m tagging this as No Male and Influenced.
