When it came to Kaya, she talks about how she snuck into Nene’s bed and kept groping and rubbing against her.

Later, they interview Asuna about what happened after she turned into a vampire due to her encounter with Yurika in Episode 10.

We then see how Kaya helped her recover and they ended up developing a very “impure relationship,” where they started having lesbian sex with each other off-screen.
