During the fight, after Samus loses their armor and appears with the zero suit on, Master Chick/Nicole becomes visibly aroused with a spark at her crotch.
After the fight, the two of them lean in close and there is some romantic implications/tension.
I was unable to find a source for this confirmation, so take this with a grain of salt, but supposedly Monty (R.I.P.) confirmed that he chose to have Master Chick/Nicole not fight back after seeing Samus in her zero suit because she was smitten by her. (Honestly, that seems to be the case after the crotch shot lol.)
