This is one of the fan-discs to the main series of Muv-Luv and Muv-Luv Alternative.
This does technically have an official translation in Muv-Luv photonmelodies♮, but they cut out all of the H-Scenes in the localization. There isn’t a patch or translation for them either, so I had to use the JP version to record videos for them.
