When Yame and Iris reunite with the others, Gokomachi asks if they had to do anything to escape their room, causing them both to blush and Yame screaming for Iris not to say what they did.
Gokomachi and the MC were supposed to have sex to escape their room, but fulfilled the condition with two beetles having sex instead.
So it’s strongly implied by Yame and Iris’s reactions that they did something sexual with each other off-screen, but it’s never confirmed what happened.
