Miyako finds that Suzuka smells really good and pins her down in front of the MC, causing him to be jealous since he feels he should be the only one allowed to do that.
The joke is that the MC is supposed to be a dog and that Miyako is more similar to a cat, which is why she’s being affectionate.
(This series was created by a person that made a Yuri NTR Manga before, so this may lead to something more in a later chapter. It was hinted at in an earlier chapter that Miyako may want to be Suzuka’s pet as well.)
