Lois reveals that she killed Chris’s doll girlfriend, Heather. After Chris questions the stabbings, he notices that Heather’s lipstick was smeared, to which Lois said she was having a lot of strange emotions, implying she kissed the doll while stabbing it.
I wasn’t sure if this should count since it was a doll, but Lois’s comment about it is why I included it.
