Rinko accepts Hinata as her love rival and takes her into the bedroom to sleep with her so the MC won’t be tempted.
The next morning, the MC talks about how he kept hearing moaning and imagines that Rinko and Hinata might have been having sex with each other.
What actually happened is never shown, but given the girls reactions and dialogue from Rinko and Hinata, it was probably just Rinko teasing Hinata.
