This is a doujin of Yakitate!! Japan that says it was made by one of the assistants of Hashiguchi Takashi, the original creator of the manga. But through this tweet and other claims, we know that Hashiguchi Takashi himself just used a fake name and he was actually the one to make this doujin.
Other than Tsukino, all of the characters in this doujin are new and are not in the original run of the manga. (The MC shows up at the end of Ch. 2.)
