Yomi and Shiho are shown beginning to drink together, but then it time jumps to them nude next to each other, implying something happened off-screen.
Shiho mutters saying her first time felt great and how gentle Yomi was, further implying that they might have had lesbian sex. (She also has hickeys on her shoulder.)
The MC then walks in on them and says he’ll support Shiho (she’s his sister) no matter who she has a relationship with.
Yomi then dropkicks him, saying it’s just a misunderstanding, but we don’t learn if they actually had sex or not. (They most likely did.)
