After Kanako jerks off the MC, she warns him the “Chisaki is hers.”
Including the most recent chapters, Kanako hasn’t shown any noticeable romantic affection towards Chisaki yet, it’s only implied through her actions with the MC.
It will probably build up to some type of scene later down in the series, but we’ll see.
