Chika is shown running away from Hayasaka and hides behind Nagisa out of fear that she’s trying to kiss her.
When Hayasaka shows up, she explains that she was tired of hearing about how great kissing was from Kaguya and that she did want to kiss Chika just to know what it felt like.
Nagisa then says that she understands why she’d want to kiss Chika and that she wouldn’t mind letting Hayasaka kiss her instead, causing Hayasaka and Chika to leave flustered.

In an extra chapter, while Ishigami is talking about fanservice in manga, we see Kaguya and Chika fall on top of each other in the shower.
For those unaware, the anime has an OVA of this chapter which went above and beyond with the yuri vibes/fanservice compared to the manga version.
This is 1 of the only times I’ll promote an anime scene, I’m not planning on making an anime yuri scene list at the moment.
