This chapter shows that Matsuri is in love with Toramaru, but unbeknownst to her (and revealed later in the story), Yutaka is in love with Matsuri. Some of their friendship/relationship is shown here.
Matsuri and Yutaka also become a couple later in the story, and it’s pretty wholesome.
